New CAPS version works with 2010 SF1 data

We now have a version of our CAPS (Circular Area Profiling System) that works with 2010 data from SF1. It accesses our standard extracts (filetype sf12010x) and generates profile reports for the user-specified point and radius (or radii). Access it at http://mcdc.missouri.edu/websas/caps10c.html . This is brand new, relatively untested code, so use with extreme caution and report any problems you encounter ASAP.
