New web app displays post and intercensal estimates

We have created a new web app at http://mcdc2.missouri.edu/cgi-bin/broker?_PROGRAM=websas.poptrendspi20xx_menu.sas&_SERVICE=appdev&st=29, similar to our current poptrends2 web app (which, in turn, is a variation of our poptrends app; just replace "poiptrendspi20xx" in the URL with "poptrends" or "poptrends2" to see those apps.) This lets you generate reports with post- and inter-censal estimates are displayed on consecutive lines to let you get a handle on how good or not-so-good the original estimates were. (Keep in mind that those two other app display post-censal estimates, for now at least. It is our intention to modify the poptrends app later this fall so that it displays intercensal estimates instead. Note also that this app has numbers for 2010 which the other apps did not.
